Gurgaon, February 2016: Thai Pavilion the signature Thai restaurant par excellence at Vivanta by Taj, Gurgaon is celebrating an exclusive ‘Thai Seafood festival’ by introducing a special menu. Presenting the best of Siam on your plate, the iconic restaurant brings handcrafted fare delicately prepared by expert chefs and includes favourites like lip-smacking lobsters, spicy scallops and irresistible stir fried squids to delight your taste buds. 

Don’t miss out on seafood preparations such as Goong mungkorn phad khrueng gaeng daeng (lobster and long beans in red curry sauce); Chu chee goong lai (grilled tiger prawns with red curry and kaffir lime sauce); Pla mek phad takrai (stir fried squid with lemon grass and cashew) and Hoy shell phad cha (spicy scallops with chili and Thai spice) amongst others.
