Vivanta by Taj, Gurgaon promotes ‘Fries and stir-fries’ at Thai Pavilion

Gurgaon, August 2015: Indulge in the ‘fries and stir-fries’ menu at Thai Pavilion, Vivanta by Taj, Gurgaon. An interesting concept introduced by Chef Neeraj Chaudhry, the promotion includes a varied mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian fried and stir-fried Thai delicacies.

Pick from fried options like Pla thod sos krung kheang (Deep fried marinated fish with Thai herbs); Sai bua thod kraprao krob (Crispy fried lotus stem with holy basil sauce); Tua sam yang (Trio crispy bean with Thai spices) or stir fried varieties including Moo phad sos prig thai pon (Stir fried pork with chilly and Thai herbs); Phad phak kean kab horapa (Stir fried green leaves with basil and green paste); Phad hed ruam mit kab sos tua leuang (Assorted mushroom in yellow bean paste) amongst others.
