Ingredients:
- Rohu fish 500 gms
- 4 tbsp dhaniya powder
- 2 tsp red chilly powder
- 2 tsp turmeric powder (1 tsp for dry masala & 1tsp for washing fish)
- 1 tbsp besan( gram flour)
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
- Apply Salt, turmeric and lemon juice to fish and keep it aside for 45 minutes. Now wash it thoroughly.
- Mix all the dry masalas & besan and add salt to it.
- Now coat this masala to the fish pieces and shallow fry until fish is cooked.
- Serve hot with coriander chutney and onion Lachhas.
