Sindhi Fish
Ingredients:
  1. Rohu fish 500 gms
  2. 4 tbsp dhaniya powder
  3. 2 tsp red chilly powder
  4. 2 tsp turmeric powder (1 tsp for dry masala & 1tsp for washing fish)
  5. 1 tbsp besan( gram flour)
  6. Juice of 2 lemons
  7. Salt to taste


Preparation:
  1. Apply Salt, turmeric and lemon juice to fish and keep it aside for 45 minutes. Now wash it thoroughly.
  2. Mix all the dry masalas & besan and add salt to it.
  3. Now coat this masala to the fish pieces and shallow fry until fish is cooked.
  4. Serve hot with coriander chutney and onion Lachhas.
