Soya Chap
Ingredients:

Ingredients For Marination:

  1. 4 tbsp hung curd
  2. 1 tsp Ajwain
  3. 1 tsp soya chaap masala (From Sindhi Namkeen)
  4. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  5. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  6. 1 tsp jeera powder
  7. 2 tsp dhaniya powder
  8. 2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  9. 1 tsp ginger paste
  10. 2 tsp garlic paste
  11. Chopped coriander roots and leaves (optional)
  12. 2 tbsp mustard oil
  13. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  14. Salt to taste


Preparation:
  1. Prick soya chaaps with tooth pick and do the 1st marination by applying ginger paste, garlic paste and salt. Let it marinate for 1 hour.
  2. After the 1st marination, do the 2nd marination by applying hung curd, mustard oil, all the dry masalas and chopped coriander roots and leaves. Let it marinate for 2-3 hours.
  3. Now pre heat Philips airfryer on 200 degrees for 7-8 minutes. Put marinated soya chaaps in the try and air fry on 140 degrees for 14-15 minutes.
  4. Keep a check in between and baste the soya chaaps with oil/amul butter.
  5. Serve hot with Mint Chutney and Onion lachhas.
