Ingredients:
Ingredients For Marination:
- 4 tbsp hung curd
- 1 tsp Ajwain
- 1 tsp soya chaap masala (From Sindhi Namkeen)
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp jeera powder
- 2 tsp dhaniya powder
- 2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 2 tsp garlic paste
- Chopped coriander roots and leaves (optional)
- 2 tbsp mustard oil
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
- Prick soya chaaps with tooth pick and do the 1st marination by applying ginger paste, garlic paste and salt. Let it marinate for 1 hour.
- After the 1st marination, do the 2nd marination by applying hung curd, mustard oil, all the dry masalas and chopped coriander roots and leaves. Let it marinate for 2-3 hours.
- Now pre heat Philips airfryer on 200 degrees for 7-8 minutes. Put marinated soya chaaps in the try and air fry on 140 degrees for 14-15 minutes.
- Keep a check in between and baste the soya chaaps with oil/amul butter.
- Serve hot with Mint Chutney and Onion lachhas.
